Gilliard's practice is driven by passion.
Working with migrant farm workers during her college spring break in
Apopka, Florida living with a Mexican host family, Gilliard learned
first hand what the "American Dream" means to many people.
Traveling for studies to Mexico and living with a host family,
researching migration of the Caribbean people in Great Britain and
